The spacious and bright living area, with typical Italian style, welcomes your moments of relaxation, and the large glass door offers a continuous view of the garden and the lake.

The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and separate from the rest of the living area, is perfect for those who love cooking even on holiday.

The heart of the house is the large external portico: furnished, spacious, overlooking a garden with direct access to the beach.
