”The staff did a wonderful job of cleaning my room, attending to my needs. The breakfast had a variety of Indian and western food items.”

”Almost everything is perfect. Parking is just manageable.”

”Washrooms can be more cleaner”

”Clean room”

”4 nights business trip and I was appalled by the level of cleanliness at this facility. Dirt on the floor, walls and every surface imaginable. Sheets were also covered partially with old stains and I did not dare to walk barefoot in the room at all. The lobby and common areas were full of strong chemical smell, maybe to cover some other smell, who knows. The gym was said to be "broken". Take my word for it, there are other and much cleaner and more comfortable places to stay in Mangalore.”

”The room was clean, spacious, well maintained. A bit bare basics in terms of amenities. However, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is pretty central to Mangalore. Walking distance from auto stand, would also get inter city buses from there.”

”Na”

”Central location. Room were clean, but the linen and the towels could have been better. ”

”Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving.”

”Terrible hotel the rooms are not as advertised on also charged me a full the cancellation fee even though I did not check in and even informed them.”

”It's a decent place but still feels a bit too compact. Stayed there for 3 days and the last day we didn't have hot water and the staff weren't that helpful. Parking can be a hassle as there is limited parking spots. The place was tidy but some mosquitoes would appear from nowhere. Decent place for the price but staff need to be more attentive and helpful.”

”The rooms were smelling really bad and the water was dirty and the washroom was extremely poor”

”0/10, No Reception Counter, on first floor without Lift, Very very Filthy. Surprised how Hotel.com even approved such a terrible place on their list. ”
