Hot Tub and Game room! Center of Town

This gorgeous and spacious ranch home is located right in the center of Manhattan. A bonus feature is that this home is handicap accessible and sleeps 10-12 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. This fully stocked kitchen and charming living area is sure to make you feel right at home while the bar and pool table provide the perfect area to play games. This home sits on half an acre with a relaxing desk space with grill and a hot tub to relax with family and friends!
The space
The layout of this home is the perfect set up. Down the hallway from the living area with the gorgeous brick fireplace is a large master bedroom with king bed and queen sleeper that also has access to the hall bath. The bedroom right next to it has two twin beds and is across from the hall bath. Both of these bedrooms are the perfect private space away from the commotion of the game room and bar. The laundry room is also located down this wing for ease of use.

The kitchen sits in the front middle of the house open to the two dining spaces overlooking the comfortable living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need such as dishes, cups, utensils, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, baking dishes, toaster, blender, crockpot, hand mixer and much more. We also provide a drip coffee maker, coffee cups, and coffee.

This game room is the perfect place to let loose and is complete with a pool table, dartboard, TV and comfortable seating! Right next to the game room is an epic bar area with gorgeous limestone and wood tones to make you feel like you are escaping reality if even just for a short time. There is another TV for viewing the big game along with comfortable seating to kick back and relax at the bar.

Through the bar is the handicap accessible room that is very spacious and has a queen bed along with a large closet and handicap accessible bathroom and shower.
Other things to note
This home has a large half circle drive for numerous vehicles to park in along with two heated garage stalls to pull into.

Great house in Manhattan

The house was very spacious and well-maintained. Very well appointed with all the amenities you would need. Excellent space to spread out for a large family. Great location in Manhattan close to the K State campus. The host was very responsive and kind. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was fixed Within a few hours. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Great home base

We visited our K-State student Easter weekend! We had plenty of room to spread out & plenty to entertain us with the darts & pool table. The home was clean & welcoming, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s centrally located, but in a nice quiet area. We will definitely return to this property!

Wedding in Manhattan!

The property was wonderful and ended up being right in the middle of all the wedding festivities. It was so helpful for wedding prep and time with family. Communication was easy and seamless. If I ever find myself back in the area this will be where I would want to saty again

Wonderful getaway

This is a fantastic home full of good things to do. Very clean and big! Pool table, darts, bar and hot tub. We had movie night both nights we were there. Great location and peaceful considering you are in the middle of Manhattan. If you need a big place for multiple families, this is the place for you!

Perfect Game Weekend

Probably the only house in Manhattan that has the space for 10+ people to sleep and hang out. The best stay for a game weekend. It had everything we needed and more than enough space.

Short stay mostly fine.

Nice house and only had a couple problems, 1st and main was the hot tube stunk and the water was green. Manager said she was told it was serviced a couple days before we arrived. I guess pool people may have lied to her. That was never resolved. The house had a major horse fly problem. Never resolved. Third was a toilet overflowed that however was resolved by a serviceman. The rest was a very nice stay.

Family Wedding

We were in the area for a family wedding and 11 of us stayed together. Half of our clan is over 70, so the walk-in shower in both bathrooms was a bonus, as well as the assistance bars. The place was clean and well stocked. It is in a great location, and easy to get to other things, but not a busy neighborhood. Definitely a great place to spend family time, as long as you’re ok with not everyone having privacy for sleeping.

Great location!

This wonderful property offered us multiple bedrooms, a really cool game room with a pool table and dart board, and a bar area that I really enjoyed just sitting at and watching TV and relaxing. The home is centrally located, but with the wooded area in the back it feels secluded.

Stayed here for my daughter's white coat ceremony. Plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy and space. The pool table and bar area was great to encourage folks to gather and socialize other than the kitchen.
