”The service was excellent! We got a complimentary ride from the airport. Even though our flight was 30 minutes late, the shuttle driver waited for us at the airport. Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. Also, the food at the Erie Grill was excellent and included some healthy options.”

”Hotel was located in a nice area close to shopping and food. Only complaint is that I used a third party to make reservation for an accessible room. When I arrived at the hotel I got a regular room and the accessible rooms were booked. I blame this more on the third party for the screwup.”
