”I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival.
The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning.
The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...

”Blood stains on multiple towels in our room. Beds were disgusting. Stains all over comforters. Hair and dirt on sheets. Even in main bathroom, they only had a bar of facial soap.. not hand soap.
I had to go ask for shampoo because there was lotion and conditioner in the shower. Black mold in tubs and shower curtain was filthy.
We had to change rooms it was so bad. And this other room was only slightly better.
Lobby was fairly clean. Gym was organized but dirty. And nothing to clean after...

”I will never stay at a La Quinta again. Poor Customer Service and Room Hygiene.
My recent stay was highly unsatisfactory. The front desk staff lacked a welcoming attitude, and the room's hygiene was severely lacking. I discovered both a roach and a spider in the bathroom, and the sink was visibly dirty. I will not be returning to this or any other La Quinta location.”

”The room was dirty upon arrival, the shower head was covered in grime, and both the sheets and pillows had a strong musty odor. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work, and the toilet would not flush properly. Overall, the condition of the room fell well below expectations and was very disappointing.”

”Highly recommend staying at this hotel my family went for an over night trip to visit Amish country and Dutch wonderland. The parking was ample the location was central to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and smelled amazing we loved the breakfast options and the staff was welcoming helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean the and the bed comfortable super well maintained the pool was perfect for my kids they didn’t want to leave. Would absolutely stay again”
