This is a unit in a condo and they ask for a copy of the passport and vaccination card of you and your guest before arrival. It is an extremely small unit and in need of repair. The kitchen floor had water leaking from the refrigerator and the host tried to charge me 800 pesos for a bathroom towel rack that fell when I entered. The host also charged me 400 pesos for an assistant to buy some medication from a...

”I love staying here. It a cute clean cozy little condo. Ive been in philippines for 20 days so far. I booked it for a week. Went to another hotwk after my week. Didnt like the hotel an came right back here. This place was very convenient an safe. Id definitely recommended it to anyone. ”

”I love the cleanliness of the place and the water pressure of the shower which you can hardly find in settings like this. However, they need to put up blackout curtains because the place is too bright considering its a corner unit with extra window. Some people like to stay in bed late or sleep during the daytime. I also like that it's a walking distance the mall and church. Numerous convenience stores can be found downstairs. I'll probably book this place again in the future.”

”I liked that 4 large malls were about a 19 minute walking radius. Lots of restaurants to choose from if you are into authentic Asian foods. Security guards are there 24/7 and we flet veey safe.”

”This is more of a condo style BNB, which is fine but I don’t think we were expecting to be that one of the only obvious tourists here. Parking is hard to find, especially as a guest and there are no dining options nearby (walking was limited as we had kids and elderly with us). I recommend catching Grab service/taxi at the entrance of the road instead of them coming into the rotunda due to lines at the guard house and the rotunda can be blocked for several minutes. The home was decently clean...

”the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? ”

”Most of the staffs were nice and helpful but the restaurant staffs need to be more efficient. They offered to deliver my breakfast to my room. I waited for at least 45 minutes. I called to to follow up and it was ready to be delivered. I waited again but no one came. I had to come down to pick it up. No apology at all for the delay and bad service.”
