Positives: great location, a couple of minutes from CBD by car, towards sunset, close to Mindil Beach market. Negatives: no soundproofing in the rooms, disappointing breakfast, slow service.

The hotel used to be Four Seasons. Much of that has remained, there is some old style luxury in the rooms, which all have a door directly outside.
