”We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. And maybe a bear proof dumpster easily accessible to the front row of rooms. We had some poopy diapers, and we hate putting them in the trash in such a small place. Very small things that very...

”I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. ”It was a decent stay, the thing that was bothersome was at night you really notice how loud the ac unit is plus you can hear the one above your window too. Its off the main strip but convenient to everything. We would probably stay again.”

”Suite was big and clean. Two separate bedrooms sharing a single bathroom. No balcony and smelled musty. Lots of towels provided. Water pressure was great. Coffee maker had water still in it from a previous guest, so I was afraid to use it since it obviously doesn’t get cleaned or disinfected between guests.”

”Great location, able to walk to many attractions. Rooms were big and clean. Good air conditioning and fridge, microwave. Only complaint, chemical smell from cleaning products.”

”The inn was not full; however I was given a room on the 3rd floor at the very back of the inn which was not acceptable. I am a senior citizen and had to bring my suitcases up even though there was an elevator. I should have been given a room on the first or second floor and there were plenty available in the wing I was in. If I were to stay here again I would insist on a room on a lower level. I could understand this if the inn was full; however there were a number of rooms available.”

”The hotel for being older was nice. I was a little shocked at the amount of rust and what looked like mold in the bath tub that we had in our room since we were staying in the romantic suite. The bed was super uncomfortable and it was hard which caused for not sleeping well. The breakfast was amazing though best breakfast we have had at a hotel in a long time.”

”Everything was wonderful. Very quiet. Organized. Family friendly. Walking distance to the main strip of Gatlinburg. Parking lot was very accessible, well lit, and felt safe. A beautiful place to stay. The only suggestion I have is maybe put something on the shower floor. It gets very slippery when showering especially when shampooing your hair.”
