”Very clean comfortable bed and pet friendly ”

”This was one of my most memorable stays ever! This was a girls trip and all of us loved it, even those that arent "outdoorsy"! The staff was more than accommodating even to the point of starting a fire for us ahead of time so our tent would be warm when we came back from an excursion. The staff are available in the lobby for 24 hours. The tents do not have outlets but there are usb ports to charge your phones. There was no service in our tent but i did receive some service in the "lobby" tent....

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom is really small and no electrical outlet or exhaust fan that I could find. This was to be expected as this is an older hotel. Location was great though and had sitting area in front of hotel outside. Overall very good experience”

”The main guy in the office was great but the was Microtel was VERY outdated ! The breakfast was outdated also , not worth going for ! The whole place really needs ALOT of updating !”

”Room smells of cigarettes, wall plug sparked , caused power to go out in room , nearly an hour before fixed , elevator to the thru way bridge non operational, had to walk up and down a very steep hill on side of mountain. Front desk staff not helpful at all, left a day early . Now fighting for a refund.”

”The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way.”

”I first would like to say, reviews before booking the room for the weekend were great. And I normally don't leave reviews, but...Parking is tight and not enough. NO towels in the room, never have I had that happen; had to go back to desk (separate attached building outside) for them after checking in. No hooks or towel bars of any sort in bathroom, so nowhere to put towel after use. Not a working clock and most plugs didn't work for electronics. Not enough lighting in room and small desk lamp...

”Nice place- smaller and older but very clean, and great location. Balconies open to the creek, somehow didn’t feel too cramped in a town where every square foot has a hotel. I’ll go back. ”

”Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town.”

”The condo was nice, with only minor, cosmetic issues, and the view was beautiful. The roads were steep with a couple of sharp turns more easily navigated by smaller vehicles.”
