”I would really like to say, please don't visit, because I don't want anyone to be there if I am able to go there. But that would be too mean because it is an extraordinary gite and Barry is a truly wonderful host. He told us that they run the gite to be like somewhere that they would love to stay themselves and it is every bit a place to love. The garden is magnificent and so pretty as you arrive at the gite. The swimming pool is clean and well tended. There are even two cookers in the kitchen....

”An excellent Gite! Never stayed anywhere so well equipped particularly in the kitchen and for young children. Sheila and Tony were great hosts. Very friendly and welcoming and very helpful with local knowledge and places to visit. Our Grandson loved the trampoline and we loved Sheila’s amazing coffee cake!! ”This rather isolated house was a bit hard to find at first, but it is very well situated with both privacy and sweeping views in mind. We were a bit far from the crowds celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Normandy invasion, but the drive up to the coast was only marred by the huge crowds and all of the dignitaries present for the occasion.
