”This property was beautiful. We had a room with nice ocean view and very private. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast down on the beach was amazing and staff pointed out a sloth in the trees. ”

”I booked a basic single but was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Double. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a balcony overlooking the yoga deck and walking trail (currently closed). ”Fantastic property with a breathtaking view. The hotel cleaners and the on site manager William were amazing. We booked the standard room that had everything we needed. We woke up several mornings to monkeys which we thought was awesome! There are a few other animals that are often on site as well. ”Charming hotel great for some alone time with your partner. Went during off season so only three other couples staying there and never rant into all of them at the same time. Parking is easy and free and location is very accessible to the National Park and close to dinner locations. Rooms a bit on the outdated side but does not matter when you are only there to sleep.”

I also liked the breakfast and food in general, and the staff was friendly.
On the other hand, the room was very basic, only a bed, chair, table and a coffee machine, shampoo and poor quality towels in the bathroom. 2 plastic chairs and a table at the terrace. I had booked a room for 3, with a futon sofa; there was no futon in the room. When I complained about this, they asked why do I need a futon. Well, in principle I would like to get what I pay for. The manager was not ”available” to address my complaint, and also during the check-out the same staff member ignored my complaint. For a price of almost 300$/night I would expect more comfort in the room."
