Mermaid is perfect for a small family or a couple's vacation. This home has been carefully planned for comfort and enjoyment! You will love spending time in this beautiful coastal home. When you step into the home you will find that the living and dining room, as well as the kitchen, are all open to each other making it perfect to watch your children play or having an easy conversation with friends. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa, a child's size table, lots of toys and games, along with a TV/DVD/VCR entertainment center and stereo clock.

There are two bedrooms in this home and both have a large bed. The main bedroom has a sliding glass door to the back patio and yard which is complete with picnic table and lawn chairs. There is a myriad of books and travel guides, along with a fabulous binder, chocked full of information about local places to visit and enjoy. There is even an array of cookbooks for your cooking delight.

This gem is centrally located being just three blocks to downtown, three blocks to the great Manzanita city park, and only three houses from the beach, allowing you to listen to the cresting waves as you relax and refresh. The Mermaid house is so loved for its tasteful simplicity and homey atmosphere that many visitors return to stay here year after year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
