”Wonderful property with excellent views! One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever stayed in (seriously, 5 garlic presses)! Very comfortable bedding and clean! Has charger in garage for EVs and available dog beds! Easy check in and check out (had to call host to get door code, but readily replied). Thing to note: there is no direct access to beach from property, though the walk is very short—and the property’s height is what gives it great views. Would definitely stay again! ”

”The only real problem was my inability to change the number of guests. My mistake, I put 1, and it should have been 3. On Vrbo site, I was unable to change this. So we had too few towels. We had such a wonderful time, this was no problem. A sense of peace and harmony prevailed. You are so close to the beach, you feel a running jump would get you there. Thank you for being reborn.”

”Great time with our stay, cleanliness was rated 3.5 due to dead bugs, cobwebs and smell. Would recommend more privacy for hot tub. Garage door bolt broke free and a bolt hit my vehicle. Also had to ask a homeless gentleman on drugs to stop digging through outside recycle for cans at 6:30am our first morning there. Great location and beach access otherwise and did enjoy our stay. Lots of good laughs. thank you”

”Property had a great location. Only negative comments are that the hot water heater was not hot enough ( temp should be turned up ) , there was mold on several of the shower curtains and the gas grill needs to be replaced. ”

”Cute house, great location. Loved having the hot tub and all of the things for the kids like a pack n play and feeding chair. The only issue was the house smelled really bad like BO even after buying and using a whole can of febreeze/odor eliminator. Other than that I would definitely stay again. ”

”Location, location, location! Sandcastle is situated just mere steps from the beach along the Ecola River, an estuary flowing out to the Pacific Ocean. My wife and I and dog enjoyed several hours in the midday sun at the beach mesmerized by the vast variety of seagulls, ducks, and pelicans. There must have been at least 2000 birds flying or wading around the estuary. It felt like being at a nature reserve. This was an experience we will never forget, the highlight of our stay at Cannon Beach....

”We absolutely loved this house! We will definitely stay here again in the future. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the upstairs living area was the real stunner! The ocean views were fantastic. Very peaceful and quiet. My only suggestion is that the cookware needs to be updated, the pots and pans are all old and there weren’t standard cooking utensils. Also, there were no Kleenex anywhere and the toilet paper was so rough for blowing noses. Other than that, it was perfect, and we had a great...

”The setting is spectacular - wide open views of the ocean and incredible sunsets. The street and neighbors are quiet and you feel like you're completely isolated. House was spotless and well appointed, easy drive to beach and shops. We managed the external access with kids with no problem, but with younger kids it might be an issue. Over the place was fantastic and we'd absolutely stay again.”
