”My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge plus. The hotel itself was great, and it was conveniently located.”

”Price of room should reflect property. At least you know what you get with cheap prices..I was afraid to sleep in bed in fear of getting lice,bed bugs, or scabes from unclean sheets, blankets, and pillows. ”

”The entire floor and room smelt like pure weed, nothing smelled clean whatsoever. Honestly, I didn’t even want to spend the night there once we got into the room, especially with a child being with me, but it was already too late to go anywhere else after our event. So I stuck it out since it was just one night. But I will never be back there again.”

”This was a last minute one night day, so I was grateful that the hotel had availability. However, our non-smoking room smelled of thick smoke, the linens did not smell fresh and actually the towel looked so soiled the tank of the toilet was sitting a skew. Our smoke detector was on attached.I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. The hotel they give us fresh towels and linens to change our bedding. ”

”Very friendly people… It is what it is for the money. It was clean and endless hot water.”

”It was awful. We were approached by homeless people in the parking lot and immediately went inside instead of getting our luggage out of the vehicle, for fear of hooligans in the parking lot. The entire building reeked of marijuana. As soon as we checked in and saw our room, we immediately checked back out and left. One of the employees was talking to another employee about a bedbug problem on the second floor! ”

”Great location for Lawrence Joel Veterans coliseum. Older property. Breakfast was pretty good.”

”We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

”This is the cutest Victorian Inn. The concierge was super nice and we even got an invite to “social hour” with complimentary glass of wine or beer. If we didn’t move into town I would stay there every time we came to town. Oh and the cat that roams the place is adorable!”

”Nice area and clean rooms”

”We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor.”

”Not my 1st stay at this adorable and historical inn. Everything is quaint and authentic. Some minor improvements can be seen needed in different rooms. Especially in the bathrooms. The best free breakfast you’ll get anywhere! Also walking distance to multiple delicious restaurants.”

”The breakfast spread was excellent; the server kept the food areas clean and filled the trays when needed. Great service, friendly staff, and great food and drinks at the bar. The room was clean upon arrival, bathroom just needed newer towels and bathtub.”
