”Room was infested with ants. We kindly asked the front desk to spray. We stayed two days and when we left the ants were coming out of my purse and my sweater and suitcase. At the restaurant we had ants crawling on the table. At the hospital ants were crawling out of my bag. ”

”Clean room, good breakfast. The entry into the hotel smelled of cig smoke. The overstuffed chair in the room had a tear in the seat cover.”

”Found a pink pill on the bottom of the coffee holder. I have 3 children under the age of 5 that could have found it. Other than that the staff were courteous and welcoming which is always a plus to me. Double check rooms though after cleaning.”

”Stayed here watching our grandsons hockey games at the Blaine Sports arena. Close stay to the arena, good restaurants close by. Nice coffee, espresso , cappuccino machine in lobby. Good pools hours that gave our grandkids time to swim Good breakfast assortment. ”

My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that. The staff also kicked me out after an unwanted guest came knocking on my door and made a huge scene after they had called and asked me if I knew her and I told them I did but I never told her to come and that I asked her to leave. ”I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! ”
