”Really liked the layout of room. TV wasn’t working and had to call front desk for assistance. Staff that attended was very nice however, it required a couple calls and long wait for front desk to pick up. ”The hotel was clean, there were multiple people cleaning throughout the day. The staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was good for being free. You never know what you will get with continental breakfast’s. The food was hot and there was a variety of choices. We didn’t utilize the pool but witnessed many kids and adults in it throughout our stay. The only negative I could come up with was the heating and cooling unit was loud when running. ”

”Conveniently located just off of I-90, walking distance to a local mall where they have a plenty of dining options. The receptionist was pleasant and found me a room near where I parked my car as requested. The tv in the room must have been on management controlled timer (or to enforce quiet hours?) - it didn’t work/turn on until 6:00 am sharp. ”My stay was nice. I slept well, which was the only time spent in my room. The desk clerk was very friendly. I didn't have time to eat breakfast. Maybe next time. The grout around the floor in the bathroom didn't look very clean. My stay was actually May 3 through May 5. I also like the location. It's close to I94 and then easy & quick to get on I29.”
