    KULJETUS

    Kun kirjoitat lomakeskuksen portteihin, sinut kohtaavat vaikuttava ja moderni kahden kerroksen klubitalo. Concierge-tiimimme on tervetullut ja sisäänkirjautuneena, joka voi auttaa sinua aktiviteettisuunnittelussa, veneiden vuokraamisessa, snorkkeliurheilussa, ravintolan suosituksissa jne. Klubitalossamme on myös nykyaikainen kuntokeskus, jossa on sauna ja höyrysauna, lukuisia oleskelutiloja, joissa on suuret televisiot, sekä pelihuone, jossa on shuffleboard, biljardi, pokeripöytä ja lautapelejä.


    POOL DECK

    Aivan klubitalon vieressä voit nauttia Floridan auringonpaisteesta laajalla uima-altaan äärellä nauttien erilaisista mukavuuksista, kuten uima-allasbaarista, suuresta lämmitetyst�� rannan sisäänkäynnin altaasta, porealtaasta, pingispöydästä, maissiaukosta, lounge-huonekaluista, uima-altaan pyyhkeistä ja sateenvarjoista .


    MARINA

    Uima-altaan reunalla Floridan lahdella sijaitsee 99-luiseva venesatama, jossa on täysin moottoroidut betonilaiturit, joissa on vesiliittimet. Venesatamaa valvoo oma Dockmaster ja Dockhands, jotka ovat täällä auttaakseen kaikkia veneilytarpeitasi. Liput ovat tällä hetkellä saatavilla päivittäin, viikoittain tai kuukausittain, ja alennukset ovat saatavilla kodeissamme oleskeleville asiakkaille. Huomioithan, että lomakeskuksessa ei voi asentaa vesiskoottereita, mutta voi varmasti antaa suosituksia lähistöllä olevista vaihtoehdoista.


    RESIDENCE # 3819

    Tämä koti sijaitsee suoraan huvivenesatamassamme, ja se tarjoaa joitakin parhaista näkymistä omaisuudelle. Se on yli 3600 neliömetriä ja viisi ulkoterassia, joissa on oma uima-allas ja ruokailutila maanpinnan terassilla.

    Hissillä on kolme tarinaa, joiden avulla pääset helposti jokaiselle tasolle. Mukana on myös oma yksityinen autotalli, joka mahtuu korkeintaan 2 keskikokoiseen ajoneuvoon.

    Toinen taso on kodin tärkein keräilyalue, ja siinä on olohuone, jossa on queen-size-vuodesohva, muodollinen ruokasali, täysin varustettu gourmet-keittiö, joka virtaa saumattomasti perhehuoneeseen sekä pesutupa ja puoli kylpyhuone. Yksi neljästä makuuhuoneesta sijaitsee myös tällä tasolla, ja siinä on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone.

    Kolmas taso sisältää loput kolme makuuhuonetta, joista jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Kolmen makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella oleskelualueella on myös kätevästi sijaitseva aamiainen / baarikeittiö.

    Tämä koti mahtuu 10 henkeä ja se on hyvä paikka perheille ja ystäville kerätä Keys!

Fun in the sun

Amazing house in a small resort setting. The pictures don’t do justice to the home. Spacious, well appointed, great beds and linens. All of the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We had a small private plunge pool but the resort pool was so nice that we hung out in it. Great for little one’s with a beach like entry. Really enjoyed our time.

The marina is very nice and the main reason we stayed at Marlin Bay again. We did have issues with the third floor shower leaking into the shower directly below it. Maintenance did not do anything to correct the issue. It’s been a problem for a while based on the visible damage on the ceiling. The room closest to the stairs on the third floor doesn’t have a working ceiling fan and was very warm.

The facilities and the home were top notch, very clean, super friendly and helpful staff, the home has everything you need. Restaurants, food, shopping, and excursions are minutes away. The home is spacious and very clean , has all the amenities . Our plunge pool was rather nice to enjoy, and again the staff was on top of it...one minute i saw palms in the pool, then a short time after we left all the debris from the wind was removed. We will be back. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We had an issue with the washing machine but they got it replaced on the 4th day of our stay. There were 9 of us in the home and there was plenty of room & lots of space to spread out. There are 2 living rooms, the largest does not have a tv...we didn’t do a ton of tv watching but would suggest one if the larger room for hanging out with the whole group. Also, there is a strange banging noise either the plumbing about every 30 minutes or more frequently if people are showering/flushing toilet, that you can hear in the bedroom's (master & guest) on one side of the house.

Great home, needs new basic cooking amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is very nice, our home was also very nice. Spending the extra month for the waterfront property is worth it. One negative is if you like to cook, the pots, pans, and knives need to be updated. You couldn't even sharpen the knives they are so bad. We didn't have sufficient cookware which was disappointing. One final disappointment is the water main broke in Marathon, affecting the water at the resort. We didn't have water for a full day, couldn't shower, couldn't flush toilets, couldn't wash hands - and because we weren't able to shower that kind of ruined our plans for the day so we had to stick around the resort. I expressed my concern to management, asked for some sort of compensation and they were unwilling to offer any sort of compensation, which is unfortunate given the amount of money we paid to stay there. We were the guests, we were unhappy, sorry it's not our fault doesn't cut it. Get some new pots, pans and knives, and the next time the water main breaks, you're in the business of hospitality - I would recommend at a minimum providing drinking water and at least ensuring your guests are happy and satisfied.

We had an amazing time during our stay, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make all of our meals. The staff was very attentive and willing to help out when needed. Great property with everything you need

We were a group of 2 families, 4 adults, 3 teenagers. Property is absolutely one of our favorites we have rented on VRBO (although if went again would go directly to property manager). Decor is very nice. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked - good pots and pans, sharp knives, tupperware for outings, cutting boards, etc. Nothing we needed that was not there. One bedroom is off of the kitchen so a bit hard for our teenager in the morning. 3 other bedrooms on top floor. Pool on property was great. Loved having bar open 1-7. Employees all super friendly and constantly wiping things down. Prompt responses when called with questions or texts, before and during stay. Only minor thing I would change is unit only has 1 TV in the family room which is adjacent to the kitchen. The couch fits 3 people and there are 6 bar stools. There may have been a TV in master but cannot recall. In late evening when we wanted to watch NCAA tournament games, would have been nice to have a TV in the living room with the big sectional. I love that there were not TVs in kids rooms (not that they watch TV with phones:) Or a TV downstairs on covered patio which we used for dinners 3 nights. Plunge pool was heated which was unexpected and enjoyed by all. 2 car garage has a middle post so tricky to back into. Had a Pacifica minivan and had to fold in side mirrors before could get all the way in. Any kind of big SUV would not fit. There is adjacent parking 20 ft away from front door. Very short walk to Florida Steak & Lobster, Keys Fisheries restaurants. Couple blocks to Keys News and Coffee. Publix 1 mile away. Overall, enjoyed Marathon. Lots to do. One last thing, the marina at sunset was great. There's a resident group of 4 French Angel fish at the end of the dock with the tower. Also group of 10-15 parrot fish that patroled the wall, and a nurse shark. Fun for kids to get some fish feed also on site and feed the fish at sunset every night.

The towels, linens, appliances and furniture are all high-end. The only thing we would like to see is a tv in the larger livingroom. It was difficult to watch tv in the room that has a small sofa that only seats 2-3 people. Everything else about the unit is fantastic!

This place was stunning. The views were fabulous. The whole resort was gorgeous Only thing was we couldn’t fit larger cars in the garage. Had to park outside nearby which makes the cars hot. But it was no big deal.

Generally ok - Kitchen and Dockmaster issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the money and the space the kitchen is barely equipped to handle more than two people having dinner. For guests who actually cook, there are two ovens which is great but only two sheet pans so there is almost no point in having two ovens because you really don’t have the cookware to use them. There are three sautée pans that are medium, small, and extra small, so again, don’t try to cook for a group unless you want to use all three multiple times to get to the volume of seats provided at the dining table. There is a trash compactor which seems to be an upgrade but it’s janky at best, difficult to open and close and really provides zero benefit and just extreme annoyance for anyone especially anyone trying to cook - it should be replaced with a regular trash bin. Overall the bedrooms were great, ample fridge and freezer capabilities, and the office staff excluding the Dockmaster are super service oriented. The dock master, not at all skilled in communication or service industry. He treats you as if you’re a jerk until proven otherwise, makes a big deal in accommodating your regular or typical ask - and rides the dock staff in a way that trickles to the guests. I’ve never been harassed to go to the front desk after getting docked in my entire life of marina cruising (literally had a dock hand wait at my boat while I finished getting settled in order to be escorted to the office to check in, which was completely unnecessary for a lot of reasons and actually very offensive). Last year the dock hands, nearly like clockwork, helped us re-dock (coming back in) nearly everyday we went out - this year the dock hands helped us the first time but never again - I don’t think this is because of the dock hands but because of the dock masters style of management or lack of focus on client service.
