Tämä hiljattain rakennettu kaksikerroksinen koti suunniteltiin trooppiseksi keitaksi, jossa pääset rentoutumaan kaikilla mukavuuksilla, jotka ovat välttämättömiä kokouksen toiminnallisuuden ja käytännöllisyyden kannalta.

Avoin, erittäin kevyt ja tilava pohjaratkaisu, huolellisesti sisustettu kalustus, mukavuudet ja loistava sijainti tarjoavat täydellisen ympäristön. Zen-herkkyydellä sisustettu, sen ulkoterassikansi ja kattoterassi laajentavat asuintilaa yksityiseksi valtamereksi, joka sisältää panoraamanäkymät.
Angler's Terracessa on yhteensä 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyammetta, ja niissä on hotelliluokan tyynypatjat ja rehevät puuvillalakanat. Yläkerrassa on king-vuode, jossa on oma kylpyamme, kuningatar 2. vierashuoneessa, ja täysi yli täysi kerrossänky 3-huoneisessa huoneessa (kylpyamme jakaminen). Alakerrassa on kuningatar 4. huoneessa, jolla on oma kylpyhuone. (Queen-vuodesohva saatavilla myös)

Oleskelutila on varustettu kätevästi kaikella, joka tarvitaan päivittäisen tuoreen saalisi valmistukseen. Huippuluokan keittiö tarjoaa avoimen keittiökonseptin, jossa on kvartsitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja ruokailupaikka keittiön saarella, mukavasti mahtuu 10. Suuret liukulasiovi-ovet tarjoavat henkeäsalpaavat näkymät veteen.

On etukuormain pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Nopealla WIFI-talolla ympäri taloa.
Angler's Terrace kattaa kaikki kalastustarpeesi. Se sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla valtameren puolella muutaman minuutin päässä riutalta, mutta kuitenkin riittävän lähellä seitsemän mailin siltaa pääsemään lahden puolelle kalastukseen. Siellä on fileipöytä puhdistukseen, syötti pakastin, vesi, sähkö ja ulkosuihku. Siellä oli myös kaksi grilliä. Telakan kokonaismäärä on 60 jalkaa. 28 jalkaa voidaan käyttää alukseesi (jos tarvitsemme suurempaa tilaa veneellesi, ota meihin yhteyttä). Kanava on 35 metrin syvä ja meillä on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa 3 autolle ja perävaunullesi talon puolella

Ei kalastaja… Rentoudu lepotuoleissamme gunite-altaan vieressä kuunnellessasi vettä uima-altaan kannoilta (lämmitys valinnainen), tai ota viiden minuutin ajomatka Sombrero Beachille tai 10 minuutin ajomatka Bahia Honda Beachille saadaksesi hiekkaa varpaasi.

Angler's Terrace sijaitsee vain etelään Marker 49: n mailin eteläpuolella. Vain yksi tunti Key Westiin (liikenteestä riippuen) ja kaksi tuntia Miamiin. Suora pääsy merelle 60 jalan kokonaislaiturilla, josta 30 jalkaa voidaan käyttää veneessäsi. (Ellet järjestä koko tilaa). Erinomainen kalastus, sukellus, snorklaus ja hiekkapalkit ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä

This house was the best! We had 3 couples. There was plenty of room for us all. The large porches were great. The rooftop deck was amazing for evening entertaining! The location was perfect! We were able to ride bikes and scooters everywhere on the island. The host answered all my questions quickly and provided local recommendations.

Just what we needed

Spread out and enjoy the open air

We Really enjoyed ourselves. The open air concept was great because we had rain a couple of days and we could still spread out and enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. There was also plenty of room for everyone to separate and spread out when we wanted to with the pool on the bottom floor and the view from the rooftop barbecue area. Andy the owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that I had. There was also a cornhole game on the rooftop for us to enjoy and beach chairs for the beach. Beautiful views and great location. Thanks Andy

Great Trip

From the start, the Host was cordial and responsive including when we arrived in property. The house is well set up for a large group like ours and we enjoyed every space available, especially evening games on the 3rd floor terrace. Great location to our favorite exploration areas on the water, with quick minimum wake journeys to open water in the Atlantic or Bay side. Our entire group enjoyed the location and all amenities without a concern in the world. Thanks to the hosts for a great, beautiful location to spend a family vacation.

Beautiful home on Marathon Key

What a fantastic time we all had this past week in Marathon Key. Andy was a great host and responded quickly to any queries we had- from check in to great places to eat and where to rent kayaks. Our favorite part of the house had to be the upstairs area where we grilled dinner, relaxed in the evening breeze, played cornhole, danced and enjoyed a beautiful evening. My adult kids had a blast fishing off the deck and caught all kinds of beautiful fish. (and threw those beauties back) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we could possibly have needed to make great dinners on the occasions that we opted to stay in. Book this beautiful home- you’ll have zero regrets!!

Wow!!! What a house and location, the description and photos were spot on. Andy was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We were able to rent a boat and dock it on the canal right beside the house. We will be keeping this house in our future travel plans.

Friends getaway

Great property with a beautiful view. Comfortable living space and full kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by for necessities. Sombrero Beach is only a 5 minute drive. Perfect vacation! Good communication with host. Listing and pictures are accurate. Would definitely recommend Anglers Terrace!

Beautiful home and excellent location

Our family had an amazing time at Angler’s Terrace. Andy was always available to answer questions and gave fantastic suggestions for restaurants as well as activities. The home was gorgeous with a big open balcony and a pool perfect for our kids. The location was great in that we were an hour or less from all the things we wanted to do in the keys. We really loved our week on Marathon!

Stunning Location and Views

This house is amazing, and the location is perfect. There are so many options where you can take in the beautiful views of the water that surrounds the property. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck, the terrace just off of the kitchen and living room and the beautiful pool area. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet with shopping and restaurants close by. I loved the modern design and appreciated how clean the house was when we arrived. Beautiful House - Great Location - Lots of Extras

To start, the host for this property was great. Worked with us on check-in and made sure everything was perfect. The house itself, I do not believe the pictures do it justice. The home is the perfect vacation home, that being with friends or family. It is in a great location to take a boat out or visit resturants in the area. We stayed in Key Colony and never our stay as much as we did this visit to Marathon. The home is 3 levels. The second level has 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. On the second level, the balcony have a 6 person dinner table. It is amazing to have family dinner, while over looking the canal. The third level has great 360 views on the area, sectional couch, and outdoor kitchen. The top level also have corn hole boards, we even donated 2 new sets of corn hole bags to any one that stays and plays. The bottom level have a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and even an outdoor shower. The shower is great from coming back off the boat, before getting in the pool, washing your reel-n-rods or in our case, one of our guys taking daily showers. Outdoor shower has heat. The home is tankless hot water, so hot water on before jumping in a shower but once hot, it never runs out. Once you stay at this home, you will feel as if you have a connection with the home. We are already looking to rebook. I would implore anyone that stays at this home to treat her good. I hope others get to make the great memories the home gave to us.

Pure Perfection

We had a group of 6 ranging in age from 15 to 40. Our sole purpose of our trip was to fish. This house was an excellent location with quick access to the open waters of the Atlantic and the Gulf. The house is well equipped with a small fridge and bait freezer outside. The dock is perfect, with plenty of room for our 25’ boat. We saw manatees and lots of fish daily, including some very large tarpon. The pool is a perfect spot to relax. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck, and also grilling in the evenings. Andy, the host is amazing. He was very responsive and made excellent recommendations for boat rentals, charters, restaurants, and a bakery. We definitely plan to stay at this house again. The only issues we had were the lack of storage in the bedrooms and the lack of cup options. The bedrooms do not have many, if any drawers to store clothes or other items in. Most of the bedroom storage is closets only. The only cups in the house are coffee cups and small glasses. I would suggest bringing some plastic cups, or purchasing some when you arrive.

Beautiful home and stunning views!!

Gorgeous home with stunning waterfront and sailboat filled views!! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Outstanding dock space, with hoses on both ends, cleaning table, etc.. Calm and secure canal just off of Boot Key Harbor. Very convenient location - whether you're traveling by car or boat. Outstanding use of space on all 3 levels/stories of the home. Level 1: beautiful pool and downstairs bedroom and bathroom, outstanding views from the 2nd (main) floor, and stunning views and great use of space on the rooftop (3rd floor). We had an incredible time and the owner, Andy, was very responsive and great to deal with. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!!

A dream!

My family had a spectacular week at Angler’s Terrace! Everything about this house exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, organized, and accommodating. Andy’s communication was great. All questions were responded to almost immediately over the course of the last year (when booked). Hands down the best rental home experience anyone in my family has ever experienced.
