Oceanfront 2BD/2BA and separate 1BD/1BA pool-side overlooking the Atlantic*

Enter your paradise dream home with stunning views and privately nested away from the big city noise. You'll be staying in our large three bedrooms and three baths secluded retreat with a large terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The home's rooftop deck on the third floor offers a panoramic and open observatory which is great for catching rays, watching sunrises, sunsets and shooting stars while relaxing in the jacuzzi.
The upstair's portion is the main floor of the home that features the following: 1 King Master Suite with its own bathroom, 1 Guest Bedroom with 1 Full Bed and Bunk Bed with 2 Twins, 1 Full Bath in the Hall, Fully-equipped kitchen and a large living room area. The downstair's portion has a room with a queen bed, a full bath and a living room overlooking the pool and the ocean.

Beautiful location, relaxing space

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The owner was easy to talk to and very responsive when we needed something. The pool is amazing and we used it for many hours every day. Great locations for eating out and activities but not too busy like other keys.

Majestic pool and great home!!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how perfect everything was. The house itself is spacious, stylish, and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home.The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool – it’s massive, crystal-clear, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim on a warm day. We spent hours in the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was truly an oasis!Location-wise, this house couldn’t have been better. It’s tucked away in a picturesque area, yet it’s still close to everything we wanted to explore – shops, restaurants, and local attractions were just a short drive away.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house provided everything we needed and more. We’re already planning our next visit and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Five stars all around!

Amazing Home and Views

We were amazed the minute we arrived. The house is beautiful with lots of windows and balconies to enjoy the most amazing views. The home is stylishly decorated and there was more than enough room for our family of 10. The downstairs suite (living room and bedroom/bathroom) was a perfect little retreat so we could spend private time too, We had our children and grandchildren staying with us and everyone had a fantastic time. We're already trying to plan a trip back.. We spent the days in the pool soaking up the sun and breezes on the Atlantic. The rooftop was great for star gazing too. Hosts were available whenever we had a question. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home and location

This house was perfect for our family! Family of 4 in the “kids bunk” room, grandma and grandpa in the king master room and in laws in the downstairs apartment. Pool was awesome and the beach was beautiful! My personal happy place was the longe chair under the pom trees pool side! And rooftop sunsets.

Beautiful location!

We had a great stay at Says by the Sea. We were there with our family for 10 days and really loved the location and property. The owners were excellent to communicate with and left us some treats to welcome us to their place. Everything was very clean and well stocked. It was great to have the kayaks available and the pool was a complete hit with all of our family (kids ages 12-19). The rooftop was great for both sunset watching and stargazing. The location was quiet and low key - which was perfect. It was nice to be centrally located in the keys. We loved this place and would recommend.

Magnificent Rental

Of all the homes we have rented and stayed, this by far was the most amazing! The home is welcoming, clean, spacious and beautiful. Our hosts knew we were coming down to get married and blend our family. Upon our arrival, they had a welcome sign for us as well as a Mr. & Mrs. Coffee mugs wedding gift. Everything was perfect. I could not leave one negative on this location or host. Highly recommend and would be so happy to return.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay at this house. Owner thought of a lot of the “little” details when thinking about what guests may need during the stay. Even has a s’mores package ready for bonfire at beach.

Really nice place on the water

Just what we needed!

The house had everything we needed and you cannot beat the view! The owners were very accommodating and kind. There are many things to do near by. We enjoyed lounging by the pool with the view! The nightly bonfires were so nice! 🥰 we def will be back!
