Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows One boat & One trailer only. 

* The owner does keep their boat on the trailer and in the carport on the property.

This property is dog & cat friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a pet when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of the platform you book on, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs & cats must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.

- This property is dog & cat friendly only w/approval

- Failure to disclose a dog or cat and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
