Uima-altaan kansi

Aivan Klubitalon ulkopuolella voit nauttia Floridan auringonpaisteesta ekspansiivisella uima-altaan kannella nauttien erilaisista mukavuuksista, kuten suuri lämmitetty uimaranta-uima-allas, poreallas, pingispöytä, maissireikä, aulakalusteet, uima-allaspyyhkeet ja sateenvarjot. Allasbaarimme on tarkoitus avata joulukuussa 2018, ja tarjoamme erilaisia juomia ja kevyitä välipaloja.


MARINA

Uima-altaan reunan yläpuolella, Floridan lahdella, on 99-liukumäinen venesatamasi, jossa on täysin moottoroidut betonitelakat ja vedenkoukut. Satamaa valvovat omistautuneet Dockmaster ja Dockhands, jotka ovat täällä avustamassa kaikkia veneilysi tarpeita. Tarvikkeet ovat tällä hetkellä saatavissa päivittäin, viikoittain tai kuukausittain, ja kodistamme oleskelleille vieraille on tarjolla alennuksia. ASUMINEN # 3820

Erilliset 3-kerroksiset 3 makuuhuoneen kotejamme on suunniteltu nauttimaan avainten rentoutumisesta ja modernien mukavuuksien mukavuudesta, ja ne ovat täysin kalustettuja ja ammattimaisesti sisustettuja, ja niissä on avoin ja ilmava sisustus.

Residenssi # 3820 on venesataman edessä oleva talo, josta on upeat näkymät Floridan lahdelle sekä kauniisti maisemoitu uima-allas kannella. Kotiin kuuluu myös iso kattokansi, jossa voit rentoutua ja katsella auringonlaskua joka ilta.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on jäljellä olevat kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa tyylikäs sänky ja oma kylpyhuone. Vierashuoneessa on oma terassi, josta on näkymä uima-altaan kannelle, josta on osittainen huvivenesatama, ja makuuhuoneessa on oma terassi, josta on näkymät satamaan ja lahdelle.

Make this place 18 and over....

Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was good but several things have gone down hill since the last time we stayed there, this was our third visit the last one we stayed for 6 weeks. This was a different unit and it needs updating, wall paper was falling off in bathroom, house smelled musty and the noise upstairs from the fan and air conditioning was extremely loud. It seems the pool was not cleaned as often as prior visits, debris from trees all over seating and in the pool As for the the overall experience this was the worst only due to the fact all the kids that were there, this place should be 18 and over, if we wanted to go and listen to screaming kids or pool toys all over and kids in the hot tub all day we would of gone to Hawks Cay in Duck Key. I would hope that this will be addressed , we talked to several people, some we new from prior visits and they were all disappointed in the number of kids and we all are going to shop around at other locations next time if changes to policy are not done

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was very good and the place was well equipped with good quality pots, pans and everything needed. the resort was quiet and there is nowhere to ea. The policy of not allowing outside guests was a bit stupid and if come by boat there is nowhere to park a rental car. Again unreasonable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a gorgeous property! Our rental was an absolute perfect space for our family of four. The space was impeccable clean, well-stocked and beautifully furnished. Everything that we needed was available to us without any request. The staff at Marlin Bay was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The pool and marina grounds were in comparison to an exclusive resort. If there was food available on the grounds, it would have been 100% perfect!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The unit itself and the overall resort was exactly as pictured on their website. What a beautiful home for our family of six (all adults) with lots of space (indoor and outdoor). Thank you for the great vacation that felt very safe (COVID).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marlin Bay exceeded all expectations. The property is spotless, not a dirty window to be found, not a flower out of place. The crew is super meticulous and it shows. The professional way that check in is handled was impressive and the electronic tablet handy. Lots of special touches in the house. Very well accompanied down to BBQ tools and excursion towels. We did not want for a thing. Residence #3820 was stunning with views from every space, Roof top with 180 degrees of the Atlantic. Sunsets were special. Absolutely loved our stay, can't find anything to criticize and we are critics!
