    Nauti tämän kauniin jaetun tason kotiin Florida Keysin sydämessä. Tämä ainutlaatuinen ominaisuus voi majoittua jopa 16 hengelle 7 makuuhuoneessa. Kaksi perhettä voi nauttia yksityisyydestä jaetun pohjapiirroksen avulla.

    Rentoudu avoimen konseptin keittiössä / olohuoneessa. Keittiössä on graniitti työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja puukalusteet. Olohuoneessa on runsaasti istuimia ja suuri taulutelevisio. Toisella tasolla on oma olohuone, jossa on taulutelevisio ja poikkipinta-sohva sekä baari, jossa on viininjäähdytin. On olemassa useita makuuhuonetta, joissa on oma kylpyhuone. 3 master-sviitissä on king-size-vuoteet ja omat kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin suuria, ja niissä on kaksi suihkua ja sade. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Sitten 3 muussa makuuhuoneessa on joitakin kerrossänkyjä. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on yksi kerrossänky, jossa on täysi pohja, jossa on parivuode ja yksi makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä. Makuuhuoneet on suunniteltu suurille lapsiperheille!

    Tämän kodin ulkoalueella on ulkotila, jossa on runsaasti istuimia ja taulutelevisio. Käytettävissä on uusi 33 ”uima-allas ja 8” kylpytynnyri (ei kuplia). On syötti pakastin, kalanpuhdistusasema, jääpalakone, ylimääräinen jääkaappi ja propaani. Tämä koti tarjoaa 65 jalkaa telakointiasemaa monille leluille tai todella suurelle lelulle! Hotellissa on runsaasti perävaunuja ja ajoneuvojen pysäköinti.

Lovely Home in Marathon

The home is lovely and beautifully decorated. Nice area outside for group activities. The kids loved the pool area. The home was very clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend it.

Best vacation home on marathon

We had a family vacation with 80 year old parents and all family members. I couldn’t give a better rating than 100 percent awesome. We have spent our family vacations in the keys for over 40 summers. This place was the entire package. Because of the hurricane we left our boats home. And still had a wonderful vacation.

Great trip!

Can’t say enough good things about this house! Perfect layout for a large group. We had 15 people (8 adults, 7 kids ages 7-10). Plenty of space to spread out. Loved the pool and outdoor space. House was clean and comfortable. Property management was responsive and easy to work with. Great experience! 👍

50th Celebration.

Vacationed to celebrate 50th birthdays at this home with a group of 12. The property was well equipped and suited our group very well. The house is large and inviting. We were able to walk to Sombrero beach which is very nice! Rooms are comfortable. The pool is in a great location giving you half sun/shade throughout the day. There is a nice seating area adjacent to the pool with a large TV that we all enjoyed. Outdoor freezer fridge on the other side of the home is nice. Unfortunately there was an issue with fridge alarming so we couldn’t use it but it was not a big deal. Used a cooler to fill with refreshments and ice from the ice maker. We had a great vacation and we definitely consider this house again! Had a visiting Manatee on our last day. Very nice vacation rental!

Nice home layout for a large group of people

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate a large family. We loved the hot tub and pool. The showers were really nice. Easy drive to lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery store, etc. The home had a couple of maintence issues but the property manager sorted everything out right away.

Amazing Couples Retreat 2019!!!!

We ABSOLUTELY loved our time at Sun of a Beach! House was perfect size for five couples. We all have high expectations for cleanliness and comfort and this home definitely succeeded! Can’t wait to come back and very sad too leave. We loved the manatee visit too! What a treat!

Spring Break 2017

I found this rental on VRBO and it was everything we needed. We had 4 families (15 adults and 5 little ones) and it wasn't crowded at all, plenty of space for everyone. The second story was perfect for my sister with 3 children under the age of 3. The men went deep sea fishing and caught 40 black fin tuna, so the outside freezer worked great. After being through a Michigan winter, most of our time was spent by the pool and outside patio, so having the outdoor fridge and television was perfect. We loved everything about this property.

Wonderful Family Memories made!!

We began our vacation planning as a 10 year wedding anniversary trip for my husband and I and it quickly turned in to a trip to the Keys for the entire family! 14 of us (including 4 younger ones) stayed at this house for a week during spring break and it was absolutely gorgeous. The hangout area under the house and the pool got so much use daily by everyone. We rented a 3 person kayak for the week that we kept docked there and used it up and down the canals seeing manatees, a crocodile, cranes and lots of jellyfish! The house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably, giving us room to be together and spread out when needed as well. We will absolutely rent this home again in the future!

Beautiful home on a canal in Marathon.

My wife and I stayed for a week with 7 of our friends. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy. The bathrooms were beautiful, huge flat panel TVs everywhere including outside in the seating area next to the heated pool and jacuzzi and the house was clean and well maintained. The property manager was very accommodating and responsive. We will most likely vacation in the Keys again next year and will stay in this house again if it is available.

Beautiful home with great space. Location was excellent & close to the beach!

I spent the week with my family and we had a blast! The rooms were extremely comfortable and the downstairs space was just amazing with the pool and spa! I loved the rain head in the master bathrooms. Sombrero is such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Perfect week with the family and look forward to going back next year! GG and Fam!

All we expected and more!

As the travel coordinator for a group of thirteen friends, I was charged with finding a vacation rental that would accommodate our large group. Fortunately, with the help of Bonnie Sanderson, I was able to rent a home seven bedroom/five bathroom in Marathon that was close to Sombrero Beach. Bonnie was very helpful, staying in contact and working with me on the dates needed for our adventures. The house proved to be all we expected and more! The house was very clean, with a large enough kitchen to cook meals, televisions in each bedroom, beautiful outdoor spaces and lovely pool. The canal was clean and perfect for having a boat. With good fortune, we can return for another stay. I will absolutely use Bonnie's services again.

We wen't with our family and had an amazing experience at this luxurious and cozy property. It was near all the best restaurants in the area in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely return or recommend to friends and family!

Great House for a Florida Keys Vacation

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at this house. We had a total of 13 people. The layout of the house, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms on two floors, nicely accommodated the large number of people. The common areas were spacious which also facilitated a large group of people. It is a beautiful home. All of the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. It had all of the amenities one would need. It has a great location on a canal with a well kept pier that allowed us to rent a boat for three days. The pool area is beautiful and used to the fullest by 5 grandchildren. A nice feature was that we could set the water temperature to any desired level. A previous home we rented limited the pool temperature to 80 degrees, which particularly in the evenings in November was a little too cool for many of the guests, particularly the children. This house is now our first choice for a Florida Key rental.

Beautiful House

We rented this beautiful house for a much anticipated vacation with our extended family. Everyone loved the house. The views, the pool, the amenities - they all made such a difference. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. She was also quite accommodating with our requests. We truly had a wonderful and relaxing time in this place.

Excellent Home!!!! Perfect Vacation Get-Away

This house was FANTASTIC and Bonnie Sanderson was very friendly and helpful! :) I would give this house a 5-star for sure! I was super excited about the 3 master bedrooms all with private bay doors that went out onto the large decks, and huge showers! The other bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice as well! The house was very clean and pleasant upon arrival! It accommodated our group very comfortably! The lounge area by the pool and hot tub was perfect for chilling, grilling, and eating while watching the kids swim and play! One of my reasons for choosing this house was the hot tub, and it was Well worth it! If you don't want to eat out every meal, the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need. There is an extra fridge and upright freezer downstairs if you need the extra room! (Also a separate bait freezer and ice maker) We didn't have a boat, but if you did, the dock is great for docking! A manatee and her calf swam up to the dock while we were there and said hi! ;) We rented bikes and were able to bike to the grocery store (Publix, WinnDixie, or KMart) or to the public beach (about 6 min to the beach)! (Sombrero Beach is the nicest beach in the area IMO). The area is very nice with lots of restaurants and shopping. The ride to Key West was beautiful and just over an hour away! I would totally recommend the house and location to anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful stay in the keys! :) We are already talking about our trip back next year!

Awesome property

We rented this place to accommodate our large extended family and could not be more pleased with this home. There is a tremendous amount of space, with numerous common areas with big screen TV's, great furnishings, gorgeous bathrooms, and the outdoor environment is exceptional. We will definitely be renting this property again in the future.

Awesome place!

I stayed with my brother in law and friends and let me just say "WOW" this house was awesome! I have rented many houses in the keys and this house by far was the best. There is room for the whole family and the space was amazing. You will not be disappointed that's for sure. See y'all next year! Thx. John
