Tämä ylellinen loma-asunto on puhdas paratiisi, joka sijaitsee Marathonissa suojaisella Indigo Reef Resortilla. Voit uppoutua pitkään leppoisiksi päiviksi veneilyyn, uima-altaan äärellä ja katsellen upeita auringonlaskuja takakuistilta. Sijaitsee vain 90 mailia etelään Miami ja 45 kilometrin päässä Key West, lomakeskus on näkymät Meksikonlahdelle täyden pääsyn Atlantin valtameren kautta Vaca Cut, joka on aivan nurkan takana Indigo Reef. Villa 14 was great. Great view from bedroom balcony and living room porch. Nice gated community for walking every day. Convenient to many great restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Great views and boat access

A great location and boat access. Pool was nice too. If you like boating or fishing it’s great but you have to put in store your trailer somewhere else. We’d stay again but hopefully by then the beds will get new mattresses.

A Week In Paradise

This property is spectacular. The unit is beautiful, spacious, well equipped. The view is gorgeous and the location is convenient for everything. We totally enjoyed the pool, the unit, the property and loved both the upper & lower porches. You won't be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo has windows galore which makes it bright and allows the views to come in!! We enjoyed coffee on the upper lanai every morning with ocean views. Enjoyed watching the manatees along the docks. Can’t wait to return!!

Wonderful vacation

The property was very well maintained and clean. The views from the decks were beautiful and relaxing. The beds were a little rough(hard). The check-in and out process were simple which after a long trip is welcome. The boat docks were being repaired at the time of our visit so no boat slip was available however it worked out fine. Maintenance has to be done and new dock is beautiful.

Great Location, well appointed

I highly recommend staying here. There are only two downsides to this place, both are minor and you may not experience them. The owners are excellent hosts. They communicate on a very regular basis and answer questions right away. They even send information about the island and the townhouse in advance of the trip. The townhouse itself if very clean, comfortable (except for the beds, which are a little hard, this is one of the minor flaws that may not be an issue if this is your preference), and well maintained. It is well appointed and there are many spots to sit, relax and enjoy the stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking or bar. The washer/dryer works well and is great to have. The bath towels are really soft. I have to find out where they came from! Beds sheets are also soft and there are plenty of pillows. The location is mostly and very beautiful. It is set back from the road in a private area. The views of the gulf from the decks in back are gorgeous. The neighbors are mostly owners who we found to be very friendly and helpful. One exception would be a loud bunch on the end of our row, but they really were the exception as everyone else was very nice and quiet. (This bunch is the second negative, are not there all the time, may have been renters and their noise level is not under the control of the owners.) There is plenty of deck space in the shade and I enjoyed reading up on the deck off the master. This is a fantastic place to bring or rent a small boat as the dock is very convenient. In short, I recommend this place unreservedly. Note to owners - you may want to get softer mattresses when you have a chance, add extra blankets and see who that was in the home on the end.

We absolutely loved staying in this townhouse. The house is very clean and fabulously stocked. . The grounds and pool are gorgeous and the views spectacular! John answered each of our questions as soon as we inquired. Also the check in and check out are easy and seamless.

Very nice townhome and well kept grounds. Everything was as pictured and all essentials were provided. Enjoyed our stay! * Was kind of tricky to park a minivan in the assigned carport space, which is narrow and bordered by columns.

Wonderful Winter Break

The property location was great. The views from the unit were fantastic. The grounds of Indigo Reef were beautiful and well maintained. The unit was spacious and in great shape. It was the best furnished kitchen of any property I have previously rented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and some in our party are planning a return visit.

Paradise in Marathon

Family Trip in Marathon

The Indigo Reef is a perfect place to stay for a family. We are a family of 4 and loved this condo. It is well stocked and beautifully decorated. We loved having the yard in front for the kids to throw a football. We also loved being able to rent a boat and keep it docked within site. The only downfall is that the beds aren't that comfortable. The pool is the perfect size for the amount of people there. Check-in and out was super easy.

Indigo Reef 15 is the BOMB!

This unit was exactly as advertised. The place was spotless with everything we could have needed. Towels and linens were quality and in like new condition. The TV, WiFi & the sort were up to date and the kitchen was much more than adequately equipped. We found nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. The dock facility was top notch & we loved the steps down to the boat; they made for effortless boarding & loading. If you like to share the day’s stories with like minded people (boaters, fishermen, divers) this is definitely the place. Lastly, the bottle of wine upon arrival was a very nice touch. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a perfect vacation.
