”This gorgeous pub/B&B, The Kings Arms is absolutely wonderful. My partner and I booked a weekend stay here (Friday to Monday) as a base whereby we could easily access attractions and nearby places we wanted to visit ie the Minack theatre, St Michaels mount, Mousehole and Penzance. The Kings Arms is located in Paul and is only a short walking distance to Mousehole. We had come down by train from Newton Abbot and during our stay we were able to use a local bus from Mousehole to get to Penzance bus...

”If you stay in room 6 you get your own veranda and not overlooked. Amazing views. Quiet. And waking up to the view of the estuary. Wow. It’s worth paying extra. We will go again. ”

”Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!”
