'Pino Vallegrande' Apartment with Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

Located in the central area of Procchio, this fully renovated 55 m² apartment accommodates up to 5 guests. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 sofa beds for up to 3 additional guests. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. During your stay, you will have air conditioning in all rooms, heating, a washing machine, TV, baby cot, and high chair.



Outside, a covered private terrace awaits you—perfect for relaxing after exploring the beautiful Procchio beach, just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is on the ground floor of a small building.



A covered parking space is available for your entire stay. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Additional guests beyond the maximum capacity require prior approval.



You will be in the heart of the charming village of Procchio, steps from the sea and close to shops, bars, a pharmacy, and supermarkets. Elba Island offers wonderful beaches, hiking, medieval villages, mines, and boat trips.
