The location is particularly appreciated by those seeking a relaxing holiday without giving up the convenience of nearby services.
The center of Procchio, known as the “living room of Procchio,” with restaurants, bars, and shops, can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. An ideal solution for couples and families who want to enjoy the sea of Elba without using a car, making their stay practical and comfortable.

The Apartment

Located on the ground floor of a small, well-maintained condominium, the apartment has been renovated with great attention to detail and functionality. The entrance opens onto a bright living room with a kitchenette, fully equipped for meal preparation, and a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with bunk beds, a practical solution ideal for accommodating up to 4 guests. The accommodation is completed by a modern bathroom with a shower enclosure (no bidet).

Outside, a private parking space is available, an important advantage for those staying in Procchio during the high season.
Thanks to its strategic location, recent renovation, and proximity to the sea, this apartment is a perfect base for exploring the Island of Elba and enjoying a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Please Note

The apartment is a practical and functional solution, suitable for accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants is not permitted.

Guest Access

Check-in is via self check-in from 4:00 PM. Assistance is guaranteed by the agency staff until 7:00 PM. Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Important Information

Bed linen is not included. Guests may bring their own or request rental at a cost of €20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Pick-up and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed.
A baby cot and equipment for children up to 2 years old are not provided. No extra charge applies if guests bring their own cot or if the child sleeps in the parents’ bed.
Included services are all utilities (electricity, water, gas), air conditioning, use of the washing machine, and a convenient private parking space.
Pets are not allowed.
