”The room was clean, that's about it. I was supposed to get a $20 voucher, and I had to go to the front desk the next day to get it. We paid for a premium room, yet our TV didn't work. I called and went down to the front desk many times, but it never got fixed. Also - the restaurant hours are not posted anywhere, so every time I tried to go get food, it was closed.”

”The rooms lacked a microwave and a coffee machine, although coffee and tea was provided in the lobby area 24/7; having a coffee machine in the room would be nice. The rooms were decent sized but what surprised me was that the bathroom had no exhaust vent to let the steam out.The breakfast was pretty good. In summary, I would call it good for the accessibility to the city in terms of travel time but not a luxury property”

”The property was quiet & staff were helpful. It’s a 15 min walk to closest train so be prepared to walk. No AC in my room so I had windows open the whole time for fresh air. Nothing fancy here but it was affordable which is what I was looking for.”

”Everything about our stay was lovely with the exception of our bathroom that needed a little love. This is not our first stay at this hotel and every other room we’ve had has been perfect so I think it’s just this one room that needs a little refresh of it’s bathroom. Still highly recommend this hotel.”

”Staff was unhelpful. They billed me incorrectly and would not make adjustments or correct their error.
Staff does not answer the phone and when they do completely unhelpful and unapologetic.
I won’t be staying here again or using Expedia to book a hotel stay.
The whole experience was negative and I’m out $280 for the pleasure.”

”Character hotel with no lifts and lots of stairs. Very quiet and bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff responded to requests promptly. Great location, 2 blocks from the Metro that takes you everywhere touristy, including the Bell Centre. Could use a coat of paint and a bit of wall patching in the room. Breakfast was adequate. Overall, very good value for the price.”
