”When we first arrived at the room, there was feces on the bathroom wall. It was reported to front desk, who immediately moved us to another clean room. They also gave us free breakfast vouchers, but these were not used due to our daily schedule. We have been staying at this hotel for several years due to us using an equine facility near by. We enjoy the hotel staff, the amenities, and the bar. However, our past couple of stays the hotel has been looking more run down and not as maintained. ...

”The room was cleaned but there was a strange smell. I don't know what type of product they use to clean but the smell was awful I had to let the door open for a little bit ( the window does not open) and spray my perfume. Additionally, the staff at my arrival was not welcoming, the front desk behave like he didn't wanna talk to customers and didn't want to be there. Not to mention that they retain two dollars from my deposit only God know why. I gave 2 stars because the lady who check me out...

”When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”
