”The property exceeded our expectations (which were already pretty high just based on the photos!). Great house. Well equipped. Great location to downtown Sonoma (we walked to dinner every night). And Ryan was a great host…easy to communicate with and super clear on instructions, etc. Will definitely be recommending this property to any and all friends visiting wine country!”

”Listing lies about the parking -- there is none. You have to squeeze your way into the driveway past a parked car that leaves about a foot of space to lift your heavy bags over.. The key lockbox is confusing and hard to use with arthritic fingers. There's a handicap accessible sign on the gate but this is a joke because of the car blocking it. Place smells bad too, like cheap deodorant. Cute enough in a basic kind of way. Could use more blankets”

”The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). The bed was too soft for me but those are personal preferences. We did use...
