”Beautiful apartment so close to the centre but in a really quiet area. We stayed for a week and didn’t use the car once. Perfect location. Handy to have a parking spot. The apartment was clean and spacious and fully equipped. Would recommend.”

”I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. I cant wait to return. Top boutique hotel I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so glad I booked here! ”

”The room is clean but the standout is the staff - they are lovely. They leave a little parcel outside your door if you do not request room service which is a really nice hands off approach. In larger establishments you just don't get anything replenished if you don't take the room service. Location is unreal - would definitely come back if we are back in York!”

”We had a lovely stay at Hotel du Vin. It’s in a good location and walkable to city centre in 12-15 mins. A big bonus is the car park though it is charged at £15 per night, that is reasonable for York. We upgraded to the suite on the top floor and it was spacious and comfortable. The roll top bath was a treat and the shower was enormous! The evening meal was good and priced reasonable. Breakfast was also good and service excellent. We would definitely return if we visit York again.”
