Swoon-worthy (and ethical) loft in Margate old town

Welcome to my bright loft apartment, located smack in the middle of Margate. The flat is a bit of a show-off; it's not only very spacious and modern but featuring so many skylights, it's drenched in light, making it a beautiful spot to relax in. A quiet space, there's also a freestanding tub and a huge monsoon style shower to enjoy.

The flat is perfectly located: the Turner is three mins away. The beach? It's two mins away.

Only three people (inc babies).

Just a heads up, but there's no TV or microwave. But there's a Robert's radio and plenty of magazines and books to dive into.

This is my home rather than a dedicated Airbnb flat (making this more of an ethical stay as unfortunately non-owner occupied Airbnbs are crippling communities such as Margate). The place will be clean and tidy (a cleaner always visits beforehand), but a few of my books, pictures and condiments will be in the flat, and the fridge will contain some of my food (there will always be enough room for guests). You can help yourself to oats, oils, tea, coffee, condiments, etc.

Three guests in total including children/babies.

Those with mobility issues should note that there's a steep flight of stairs to the flat.

The sofa isn't a pull-out sofa bed but it's so comfy you could sleep on it.

Please note, if wishing to use extra bed (I do have an air mattress available too), that there are no blinds in the lounge. However the bed can squeeze in the bedroom.

There's a lovely balcony with chairs to hang out on. Plus a freestanding bath and huge monsoon shower to enjoy too.
