”Room was dirty, dirty bandaide next to jacuzzi tub, shower had fried scum on the wall and i was stuck on the side of the rd in a blizzard dang near all night told them i wasnt going to be able to make it back for my second night . Paid for 2 nights $350 dollars to get a dirty rm and be stuck on the side of the rd and no one offered to help in any way no refund no nothing. Ive stayed here multiple times and this one was by far the worst. I will no longer be going back. ”

”Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in.
