”The grounds are unkept and filthy. Garbage and dog poop everywhere. Cigarette butts on the ground inside the apartment complex. Strong smell of mildew and warm, stagnant air. Two dirty needles on the ground next to my car in the parking lot. To call this place “immaculate” is absurd. Loud music all night, none of the security gates actually latched so anybody was free to roam through the complex. Pool and hot tub were unkept as well. ”The reservation process was overly difficult for me. The unit is perfect for access to parking and nice pool. The kitchen area has minimal dishes,silverware and utensils...a toaster would be nice. It was a bit noisy at times from hall doors and the apartment above. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby.”

”Great location for us. Bed was comfortable and the couch could use updating and also only had one stool at the kitchen counter but we made it work. The kitchen sink is very small as I like to hand wash the dishes.”
