Welcome to CASA BLEU LAGON, a two level apartment fully renovated and newly furnished in 2024!

Located within a secure lagoon side residence (non swimmable) in the Bellevue neighborhood, it welcomes families or friends up to 5 people.

As you enter, you'll be amazed by the warm atmosphere created by the natural wood décor. A spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen opens onto a furnished terrace with a view of the lagoon, where you can admire stunning sunsets. The terrace is equipped with a rolling shutter to protect against bad weather and is separated from the living room by a large glass door. On this level, you'll also find the first bedroom with a large double bed and its en suite bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. A guest (child or teenager), can sleep on the comfty sofa.

Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a large double bed and its en suite bathroom with a toilet.

The apartment features 2 smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the upstairs bedroom, high speed Wi Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and a parking space in front of the building. The residence also offers a beautiful pool facing the lagoon, which you will have access to.

The location is ideal: you ll be close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk from the town center. Everything is within reach to make your stay unforgettable.

Household linens are provided free of charge (towels, beach towels, and sheets).

Island life comes with a few inconveniences: there may be water and power outages lasting from a few minutes to several hours, which are unpredictable.

The lagoon isn't swimable. Island life has its share of drawbacks: there can be power outages, internet outages (short or slow), and water cuts. The duration of these disruptions can vary depending on the situation. the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them. We will not offer any discounts or refunds due to these issues, which are beyond our control and the property itself. Extra baby on request and subject to availability
