”Lots of fun activities and amenities! Loved the (real grass) putting green, fire pits (S’mores!), patios, fountains, location, etc. And only minutes from downtown Carmel and ocean walks. Best break from summer heat to enjoy cool weather and gorgeous scenery (Pebble Beach, Big Sur). Loved it!”

”Amazing rooftop hot tubs, adults only (AWESOME) with a view of the bay & all of its wildlife, not to mention the toasty fireplace you can also enjoy.
Amazing staff at every turn.
Clean, comfortable, best sleep at a hotel, excellent amenities.
This is the type of (hotel) stay one can only dream about.

”Our 5-day stay at the Kimpton Mirador was...fine. The biggest upside was that it allows for dogs of any size, so we weren't restricted by our 70lb dog. Overall, the building is very nice - well kept, lovely staff, nice room, etc. It's in a great location - close to the water as well as to the main street, and a 20ish minute walk from downtown Monterey.
Where it lacked was the finer details.
You're supposed to get champagne upon arrival, which the people in front of me were offered upon...

”The view of the ocean from the lobby, restaurant, and bar is as stunning as the pictures show. The beach is wonderful. The food was great (we had breakfast in the restaurant and a light meal in the bar). Parking (which costs $50/day, but it says they charge a fee on the Expedia site) was fine. We enjoyed the hot tub (and the pool looked good). But we were disappointed in our room. If you want an ocean view, pay for the premier. The non-premier ocean view on the first (ground) floor, is...
