”Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...

”Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!”

”It was a great overall stay only issue was the parking, the lot is not big enough for the rooms being reserved and bar / restaurant. Had to park on street even though they charge 10$ parking daily. They did refund me for the days I had to park on the street.”

”Our room was at the top of the stairs, it was very loud from people coming in, we could hear traffic pretty much all night. There was a very bright light outside of our room that lite up the room like it was daylight.”

”We were able to do an early check in which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean and smelled nice. The property itself was not well maintained and dumpy looking. The coffee machine in our room did not work properly. There was no ice in the 3 ice machines that I checked at 9:30am. While the location is directly on the beach it is a very wide beach and long walk to the water.”

”Very clean but noisy and had safety concerns since there was a crowd outside of our room around Midnight. Not sure what was going on but there was a man on the ground and people telling him to leave.”

”Room was very old, did not look anything like the online pictures. For the price we paid I do not recommend this was by far the least enjoyable trip room did not even have lotion.”

”The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10”

”Clean room. Hotel in a sketchy area. Our door didnt fully shut but was secure with the additional lock. Someone tried to push the door open. Front desk staff was very attentive and patrolled after we called to make them aware.”
