”Beautiful place to stay”

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”Staff was very friendly. Junior suite was spacious corner room and had a good view. Annoyed by "destination fee" of $30/night plus $5 tax on the fee. Junior suite had expresso machine rather than regular simple coffee maker. I couldn't get it to work.”

”Wonderful location on Capitol Hill. Great breakfast very complete and tasty. the room was immaculate for an older property. Very comfortable bed and temperature control system.”
