”horrible experience wouldn't recommend it over priced housekeeper doesn't exist and if you want need anything it an extra change just to get new towels and sheet ever other day they changed an extra fee”

”Do Not I repeat Do Not stay at this Days Inn. Entering the building the welcome mat is nasty. The floor in the breakfast area is sticky the continental breakfast which consisted of cold waffles in a refrigerator where everyone can touch them. Coffee was nasty. They only offered toast packages of oatmeal, bananas, and yogurt none of which was plentiful so if you don’t arrive early, there is nothing left and most of all the elevator did not work. ”Room was prepaid thru Expedia but when we arrived they did not have a room for us. We were told unexpectedly some rooms went down and the hotel was full so they did not have a room for us. At 10:30 pm the manager began to look for an alternative hotel despite other guests checking in while we waited. Eventually 30 mins later they said good news someone else cancelled so we can stay! If I had known that Expedia bookings were treated as a lower priority not guaranteed I would not have booked...

”The area was ok. Check in and check out was fast and smooth. Rooms could've been cleaner. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, but we just needed to sleep and booked here. Parking was great, basically right at each door. No breakfast, but close to some restaurants. ”

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”
