”We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!”

”Room was prepaid thru Expedia but when we arrived they did not have a room for us. We were told unexpectedly some rooms went down and the hotel was full so they did not have a room for us. At 10:30 pm the manager began to look for an alternative hotel despite other guests checking in while we waited. Eventually 30 mins later they said good news someone else cancelled so we can stay! If I had known that Expedia bookings were treated as a lower priority not guaranteed I would not have booked...

”Do Not I repeat Do Not stay at this Days Inn. Entering the building the welcome mat is nasty. The floor in the breakfast area is sticky the continental breakfast which consisted of cold waffles in a refrigerator where everyone can touch them. Coffee was nasty. They only offered toast packages of oatmeal, bananas, and yogurt none of which was plentiful so if you don’t arrive early, there is nothing left and most of all the elevator did not work. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.”

Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The...
