”horrible experience wouldn't recommend it over priced housekeeper doesn't exist and if you want need anything it an extra change just to get new towels and sheet ever other day they changed an extra fee”

”Do NOT spend your money here, it’s literally a roach/insect motel.. Rooms were filthy, ran down, needed to be remolded, no real amenities, lights did not work, dead bugs Everywhere !!! Staff acted oblivious to how the hotel looked.. Then when requested for a refund, manager denied it !!! Bad for business, do not waste your time here… Highly disappointed !!! NEVER coming back !!!”

”My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The staff was completely unhelpful whenever issues were brought to their attention, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, there was even moldy food left inside the microwave. The bed sheets were stained and clearly not properly cleaned, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. ”Lots of road noise all night so the area is loud. The outside is a little run down but the rooms are like new and super clean.”

The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues — stains on the lampshade and bathtub, marks on the walls, mold/mildew behind the bed, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained overall. ”For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her.
