”The staff was unhelpful when my car was broken into; they would not assist in getting the number to the of or offer a garbage bag for the mess I was left with in the parking lot. Several other cars were broken into as well and the staff offered them no assistance. I understand from the police and the car rental company that this is a regular occurrence at this location. I will never stay at a La Quinta again because of the lack of any assistance or even concern for the safety of their customers....

Contacted property and they offered to move us to a new room. Checked new room and bed was also broken in there. Advised them it is not safe to stay on their property and they offered us our original room back which made us leave and not come back. They did not offer a refund of any kind, only to move to...

”The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Verizon data service doesn't work well in this area, and the wifi was painfully slow especially when trying to update flight information. The $100 card hold could take 48 hours before being lifted Breakfast was good, but not extensive and the same thing every day.
