”Beds were comfortable. The room had a refrigerator and microwave but no freezer so couldn’t refreeze ice packs for food in coolers. Maid came to spruce up room while we were out, picked up wet towel but left wet washcloth in shower where I left it. Carpet frayed by door and bathroom had black on floor trim. The usb outlets in light didn’t work. ‘Quality’ inn, not so much. Outside clean, plenty parking and by a Western Sizzling which was excellent.”

”The desk clerk, Ryan, was so helpful and courteous when we checked in as well as checking out. He is an excellent representative of your company. He answered our questions and was helpful when someone hit our truck in the parking lot. He went above and beyond! The young lady at the breakfast area was great! She made sure the area was clean, items stocked for a quick breakfast and was genuinely kind. At night the hotel was quiet and our air conditioner worked pretty well. We asked for towels only...

”Very clean. The air conditioner sounded like a semi braking every few minutes. We turned it off and almost roasted to death. ”

”The refrigerator did not get cold enough to freeze your ice packs or keep your drinks cold The heat and air unit is dumb don’t come on till you in room so room is hot and gotta wake up to do a dang dance to make come back on in middle of night and pillows like a sack with a cotton ball”

”This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. ”

”The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and...

”If Very friendly Morning Staff and cleaning crew are super nice (night shift receptionist is not approachable/helpful), clean breakfast and welcome area, clean room,(pool looks dirty though) walking distance to fast food is a plus specially when traveling with children”
