”The property is absolutely beautiful. The lawns are groomed and the flowers are unbelievable. The staff were wonderful. Office recommended an excellent restaurant and even gave us a coupon to use. The office had coffee, lemonade, and cookies. Breakfast was great. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great pool. Location is right next to Covenant College and literally across the street from a fantastic tourist site .. Rock City. I could keep typing ....”

”Great location near downtown hiking and ruby falls. They used non paraben, non synthetic shampoo and productswhich is so much healthier and better for environment. You could see mountains. Good breakfast that varied daily. Gym was nice.”

”Gas station had semi-trucks running the entire night and very loud. Also hear every door opening and closing. Not quit and very loud.”

”The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. The hotel was quiet and clean and due to the location, it seemed...

”This was a wonderful stay. Great breath taking views. Hot tub was fantastic, having laundry on site was amazing. Breakfast every morning was also great.”

”Very close to Ruby Falls and close to downtown with a wide selection of restaurants. We had great mountain range views from our suite. The lodge is very close to a busy road but we used the white noise machine that was provided so it died down the traffic noise. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

”The room smelled of pee and super damp/wet feeling while we tried sleeping. The hotel seemed dirty and the mattress on the pullout bed was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was okay…eggs hard, bacon was good, they ran out of coffee. The real kicker was that we didn’t even have a working toilet!! I informed the front desk thinking they might refund a little from my bill, but nothing. I would not recommend. The staff was not overall friendly either. Skip this hotel!!”

”Room wasnt bad, there was lots of drug activity out side all night. People walking in and out of the wooded area out back. Male fighting with female in parking lot, female driving off with male hanging onto the door at high speeds. Love the area but will not return to this hotel.”

”On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

”It was a good hotel! We had a beautiful view of the mountains and a good parking lot.”

”Sheets and room were clean for the most part however the room I stayed in was not maintained. It was evident that the room has had a moisture problem for awhile. The drywall in the ceiling was discolored and cracking and there was mold growing on a chair.”

”Liked everything about this property , beds were very comfortable, big breakfast was very good . I give this place a high rating and would stay there again when traveling through this area . Conveniently located close to serval things to do .”
