”My room was not properly cleaned the bathroom you could see hair on the toilet in the shower and all over the floor. The room you could tell they did not wipe down the night stand or desk. ”

”We stay in Poughkeepsie 5 to 10 times a year and I believe this will be our new go to. While the other hotel we stay at is lovely, we enjoyed the Hyatt a little bit better. Thank you for having us.”

”The hotel was sparsely occupied and we arrived a little early. Hoping to check in and get settled. We were told we would be charged $75 if we wanted to get into our room early. Even though The majority of rooms were vacant. In addition, they advertised an indoor pool but we were advised that the pool was likely too to cold use because it was not heated. The website highlighted and indoor pool for use. Lastly, the other buildings at the hotel appear to house weekly or monthly rentals and noise in...

”Truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in the past couple of years! The staff was very friendly & housekeeping cleaned every day for my 4-night stay. The breakfast didn’t have a huge amount of options & mostly kept to bread/waffles for toasting, danishes, oatmeal packets, & fruit cups— but it was great for an “on-the-go” morning stop. Plus, their coffee machine made it worth it.”
