"We had a exceptionally bad stay here. Air con wasn't working at all and it was like +40C in the room. At least not in the second floor 250€ scum class room we had. We asked for a fan upon check-in from Emmanuel, didn't receive it. Asked it again when we came back to hotel around 11pm, never received ..."
