”Rebecca was an excellent hostess. She reached out to me about our arrival and was very accommodating! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The breakfast was delicious-we would definitely come back again! ”
”It felt personal and friendly, not just a random place. The owner is wonderful, right there for anything you may need. Make sure you go to The Dugout!

”This is a great place to get away from everything. Great place for celebrating an anniversary or birthday. The restaurant is very good. Nightly specials. We have stayed here twice. It does have a pool. Mostly adults. We love it here.”
”As soon as you walk in the reception area, it smells fresh and clean.The room was nicely made. My family and I had a beautiful view and could see a mountain. The bathroom door would not open all the way which made it a bit inconvenient. But, the hotel is quiet and safe and in a nice area.The pool was really cold since it's an indoor pool, so we couldn't enjoy it. But, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Helen.”

”We stayed in the king bungalow room with a full kitchen and spacious living room area, complete with a reclining couch and chair. The bedroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was pretty standard. Everything, for the most part, seemed new or nearly new.
Close to everything but not in the middle of it. FYI: The driveway up to the motel is pretty steep, which makes walking up it after a night at the beer halls or bars a little challenging. We would stay again.”
”Front desk employee was amazing. She checked us in and also printed/shared the history of Helen. She was very sweet. The breakfast employee was also sweet and polite.
The building is outdated in places, it can use an outdoor facelift ans new windows.
The pool area can use some fresh paint and a good pool cleaning and painting update.
The bathrooms were clean and updated. The room were clean, but can also use some updated paint and fresh flooring.
