We had a king sized room on the second floor. Comfortable bed. Amazing views of the lake plus it was lovely to have a balcony with outside seating. It was easy to control the heating. Good self service breakfast.

Urban Hotel Grantham
Parking was fine as the car park was almost empty, restaurant was closed and not likely to open any time soon. Bar was open but it only served bottled beer and it was £5 a bottle.
