House is 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Has a wrap around porch for those wonderful evenings of enjoying the sound of the water. Large yard complete with horseshoe pit for a great family and friend fun. House has beds for 6 and a queen air mattress for 2 additional guests. Home is located close to Grover Hot Springs State Park, 25 miles from So. Lake Tahoe, 18 miles from Genoa Nevada. Pleanty of space for hiking, fishing, exploring or gambling in Gardnerville/Minden Nevada.
