A real shame that there was major building work going on at the property next to this one as it did mean we couldn't really enjoy our balcony or the pool area as it was so noisy - it would have been good to have been advised of this in advance of the stay. ”After a warm and happy late check in, I wondered to my room to find a disaster unfold. As it was late at night I had no opportunity to leave as the staff leave at 1030pm Many windows have been left open and there were a number of mosquitoes in the room The towel rail fell off the wall as soon as I lifted a towel. Then I informed my towel to find dark stains all over it. There was blood over a number of pillows and sheets. The floor had not been cleaned properly and my feet were filthy...
