We also state we only provide an in room continental breakfast and also your confirmation text advises the same and if desired you can cancel if you were after something more. Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed your stay. We use the keyless entry as we find it suits guests and offers maximum flexibility. We will check the bed but not had a report of a saying the mattress.

Sorry about the shower. It would have just required turning firmly to cool position. Likewise reducing the volume would have prevented any excess water.. we do have a phenomenally powerful water system which does mean it comes out super fast.

Thanks for the feedback. Occasionally for last minute bookings it may take time to sort the instructions. I gather that the restaurant staff assisted. As for parking we are clear that we don’t have parking and park provide assistance of locations and car parks. The parking meter has details on it that allow you to pay remotely for parking also. We will add this information for guests convenience.

Peter,Sorry to hear this. A few points.1. We received no communication from you via Expedia, or our web chat or texts.2. We don’t have parking and we believe we make this clear on Expedia and on our own site. Also when you book you get a text detailing the lack of parking. We detail parking information in the text we send.3. We were unaware of any disability but we would have if contacted on arrival made arrangements to park in the one space we have.4. To write a review as terrible is both totally unrepresentative of our property and also grossly disingenuous as explained as a simple request we would have willing assisted you.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback and so glad you enjoyed your stay.

There appears to be no comment attached so it is not really possible to understand what your issues. You did mention during your stay a comment about the standby light in the TV being on and a possible intermittent wifi issue and a bulb out in the vanity mirror, (we did look at these and not sure why there was an issue on the tv standby light, as most TV’s have this. The wifi router was reset (we believe this solved the issue). The bulb in the vanity mirror was out but we had not been informed about this before. Sadly we could not resolve that immediately. Through you were upgraded to a suite for the first two nights we did not receive comment this was not acceptable. You did request private parking before your stay but were told that we don’t have parking but did notify you about this. We are more than happy to address any issues that there may have been but can not resolve these in isolation after the event and felt the comments raised we did our best to resolve at the time.

Thanks for the review, We do specify the bathroom is outside of the room for this room. It is our only room that is not fully ensuite. We also provide bathrobes for guests. Unfortuntaly the expedia system does not allow us to be as clear as we would like for guests with this as we have to just tick various boxes and they do not appear to make it very clear to guests, so we apologise on theri behalf for this.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry if the radiator was too hot. Sometimes other guests crank the thermostats up or down.. hoping the temperature will change immediately and then don’t change them back. We always try to keep them at a normal temperature but hard to monitor sometimes. The VIP drinks are in the restaurant which should be stated on Expedia.
