”Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. ”

”So.This pub is in refurbishment mode and in my opinion shouldn’t be open to hotel customers.Room and beds o.k. Clean bedding etc.Shower not working and not fixed over weekend so had to use friends room also cold.No soap etc.No hanging wardrobe space at all.Kettle disgusting so didn’t use. Breakfast adequate but no choice for anything other than fry up.( Gluten free bread but not convinced of x contamination.Service sporadic. Outside space not safe due to scaffolding and ladders etc. All in all...

”The room was clean and tidy, decorated in a nice style. Staff top drawer, helpful and friendly. Food was very good, the pie was perfect. The only thing that would improve it would be a free standing shower or over bath shower. That's a preference not a criticism.”

”Everything was wonderful EXCEPT no air conditioning so the whole hotel felt like a sauna (we were there during a heat wave in May) and they didn’t do table service for dinner so we had to order our food and drinks from the bar, which isn’t the end of the world but knocks a star off the rating. Room was super cute, well decorated, the bathroom was really nice, loved the shower and it was very clean.
